Steaming over the bridge- with a touch of colour!
I have added a wee touch of colour to this print. It is a Giclee print on an archival cotton paper called Somerset Velvet to make it even more special.

The Forth Rail bridge is magnificent and deserves to be the UNESCO World Hertiage site that it is. The extraordinary cantilever bridge was a feat of engineering in the 1880’s and was a humdinger to draw….particularly as I added the ‘wibble and wobble’ to the drawing to make it even more complicated! However studying this extraordinary structure in relation to the water and surrounding buildings was a privilege.
