Simplicity is the best policy when it comes to this bit. So if you have any questions regarding an order or anything else please feel free to email us or give us a call.
Payments in the Incahoots shop are made using PayPal. This is the most secure way to pay for your purchases. You do not need to be a member of PayPal to use the service but if you would prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer please drop us an email and we'll send you further information.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure colours and items displayed online are a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur due to the hand-made nature of the work.
To keep the simplicity theme going, all shipping costs are free whether to the UK or overseas.
We aim to dispatch your order with 1-5 working days. Occasionally items may take slightly longer but we'll let you know if this is the case. All orders are sent out by 1st class post via Royal Mail.
Overseas orders may take slightly longer to arrive so please allow 14-21 days. Any duties and taxes charged at customs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We hope you love your Incahoots purchase. However, if you have any problems or have just changed your mind please let us know immediately. We are happy to refund or replace unworn/unused items within 28 days of dispatch but please ensure that the original packaging/labelling is intact.
Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs and the customer must pay for return postage.
If your order arrives damaged in any way please get in touch with detailed photos so we can resolve the issue.
